LOOKING BACK: A SUPER COLOSSAL FISH FRY! Thanks so much to Matt and Nancy Young, Jessica Young, all the Fish Fry Committee, and all who worked so hard in the set-up, food prep, cooking, running, clean-up and every other job associated with the Fish Fry. The incredible profit was over $24,000. What a huge help to St. William Parish and School! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

THANKS FOR ANOTHER AWESOME FISH FRY -- FROM THE YOUNG FAMILY:  Thanks to all who came to this year's Fish Fry. We hope you enjoyed the time as much as we did. I would like to personally thank the Thursday prep crews, Friday fryers, servers, order takers and runners, and those who came back to clean up on Saturday! Thanks to our soup makers and bakers along with our entertainers. A special thanks to our Fish Fry Committee and our children for the endless hours given to make another successful year! Also, thanks to everyone who had the hall set up each week.
