An Evening of Reconciliation: The Light is ON for You! Every Catholic parish in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, including St. William, will leave its "light on" and doors open for quiet prayer and an opportunity for confession. Encounter the peace of Christ in the Sacrament of Reconciliation on Tuesday, March 18 from 7:00 to 9:00pm. This event, promoted by the Archdiocesan Offices of Stewardship, New Evangelization and Worship, is an effort to encourage greater participation in the sacrament. If you come to confession regularly you can still pay a visit to church to offer silent prayer. The Light is ON for you!
St. William Lenten Series with Fr. Timothy Schehr: The Gospel of John will be the theme of this year's Parish Lenten Series given by Fr. Timothy Schehr, Professor of Biblical Studies at Mount St. Mary's Seminary. Come to Father Reardon Hall on Wednesday, April 2 and April 9 at 7:00pm. Experience the saving power of Jesus, the Word made Flesh, and learn how to respond to His invitation to become children of God!
Mike Davis Comes to St William: Mark your calendar now for Thursday, April 10 at 7:00pm, when popular singer, performer and McAuley High School Campus Minister Mike Davis will lead an evening of prayer, scripture, music, meditation, and a retracing of the Via Dolorosa (Way of Suffering) of Jesus Christ. The event takes place inside St. William Church. There is no charge but a free will offering will be graciously accepted.
Wear a Cancer Awareness Bracelet for Tim Brockmann! Cancer Awareness bracelets have been ordered to show our continued support Tim Brockmann. The lime green bracelets will be sold during all lunch bells at school starting this week. Cost is $2 per bracelet. All proceeds will be given to Tim to assist with medical costs. The bracelets read "No One Fights Alone." Please show your support by wearing a bracelet and let's continue to remind Tim that he has the entire school praying for him and supporting him. If you have any questions, call the school office at 471-2989.
